Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
United States:
Standard: 5-7 business days for continental U.S.; 7-10 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Expedited: 2-3 business days for continental U.S.; 4-6 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
International:
Standard International: 10-20 business days, depending on destination country and customs clearance.
Expedited International: 5-10 business days, where available, subject to customs processing.
Orders processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times exclude weekends, holidays, and delays due to customs or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues).
Shipping Costs
United States:
Continental U.S.: Flat rate for standard and expedited; free standard shipping on qualifying orders.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories: Higher flat rates apply for standard and expedited.
International:
Varies by destination country, order weight, and shipping method (standard or expedited).
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once the order ships. Track via the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or international courier).
International shipments may have limited tracking in some regions due to local carrier restrictions.
Delays or Lost Shipments
Delays:
U.S.: Contact support@sexyhint.com with order number if delivery exceeds estimated times. We will investigate with the carrier and provide updates.
International: Delays may occur due to customs, local postal services, or other factors. Contact us if delivery exceeds 30 days from shipment.
Lost Shipments:
U.S.: If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship at no cost or issue a full refund.
International: If confirmed lost after customs clearance, we will reship (subject to availability) or refund. Claims must be filed within 60 days of shipment.
Report issues within 30 days (U.S.) or 60 days (international) from shipment date.
International Shipping Details
Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees. These are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged upon delivery by the destination country.
Restricted Countries: We do not ship to countries under trade sanctions or with unreliable postal services. Check availability at checkout.
