Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition as received. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for U.S. orders and 45 days for international orders.
Process: Email care@sexyhint.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping:
U.S. and International: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees or taxes, regardless of the reason for return (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
Non-Returnable Items: Intimate apparel, swimwear, and personalized items are non-returnable due to hygiene or customization.
Refunds
Processing: Refunds issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
Refund Amount:
U.S.: Full refund for item price, excluding original shipping costs.
International: Full refund for item price, excluding original shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes.
Notification: Email confirmation sent upon refund processing.
Exchanges
Eligibility: Only defective or incorrect items are eligible for exchange, subject to availability. Must be requested within 30 days (U.S.) or 45 days (international) of delivery.
Process: Contact care@sexyhint.com with RMA number; specify exchange request. Customer pays shipping for replacement item (U.S. and international).
International Return Details
Customs and Duties: Refunds do not include duties, taxes, or fees paid on delivery. Customers are responsible for compliance with local customs regulations for return shipping.
